Sandra J. Knowles has served on the Board of Colina Holdings Bahamas Limited since 2004. Her career spans over four decades, holding leadership roles across various sectors, including finance, broadcasting, and regulatory services. Ms. Knowles’ expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiency, and corporate governance.

A former Executive Director of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas, Ms. Knowles played a pivotal role in shaping national securities policies and advancing the country’s financial regulatory framework. She also held senior roles at Coutts & Co. (Bahamas) Ltd., where she managed high-net-worth portfolios and executed trading strategies for optimal performance.

Ms. Knowles earned a Bachelor of Education degree (cum laude) in Social Studies from the University of Miami and holds a teaching certificate from Polytechnic of North London. She has contributed to the development of numerous organizations, serving as a director for entities such as Benchmark Bahamas Limited, Winterbotham Trust Limited, and Sandman Limited.
