Nassau, The Bahamas, February 21, 2025– Women leaders in the insurance industry gathered for the inaugural Women in Insurance 2025 Leadership Conference, hosted by the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas. The event brought together professionals from across the sector to engage in meaningful discussions about career advancement, workplace wellness, and the evolving role of women in the industry.

Attendees explored critical topics such as ‘Breaking the Glass Ceiling’, ‘Breaking Barriers Advancing Women’, ‘Wellness in the Workplace’, ‘Value of Insurance’, and ‘People Before Policies’.
