Post-Storm Advisory Clinic Hosted
Nassau, The Bahamas, October 5, 2019 – Today, Colina General Insurance Agency (CGIA) participated in a Post-storm Advisory Clinic for those affected by Hurricane Dorian. The event was held at the Geoffrey Brown Auditorium of the Queen’s College Campus on Village Road The event featured presentations on legal matters, insurance claims and disaster coping measures; free health screenings and more. CGIA’s partners included Colina Insurance Limited, Alexiou Knowles Counsel & Attorneys, Walk-In Clinic, Guardian Media Group, The Bahamas Psychological Association and Queen’s College. CGIA representatives were present throughout the day, giving advice to members of the public on home, auto and marine insurance as many of these assets were destroyed in the storm. They were also equipped to process claims on the site at the event.
