Great Commission Ministries Receives Donation from Colina

Company Volunteers Distribute Lunch Packages to Individuals in Need

Nassau, The Bahamas, December 14, 2022 – Colina representatives, led by the ‘Golden Eagles’ of the 21 Collins Avenue branch, assisted Great Commission with preparation and distribution of lunch packages to individuals in need, in time for the festive season.

“I am pleased to be here today with Assistant Branch Manager, Sandra Walkes; agents from the Collins Golden Eagles branch; Vice President of Finance, Cathy Williams and retiring Human Resources Manager, Leotha Nixon,” said Kino McCartney, Branch Manager, Colina.

Colina’s contribution provided meals for persons who rely on Great Commission for daily provision of basic human needs.

“Christmas is a special time of year and we are happy to keep the spirit of Christmas joy alive by assisting Bishop Walter Hanchell and the Great Commission Ministries in serving hundreds in the community,” said McCartney.

The donation aligns with the Company’s commitment to health and wellness.

“I would like to thank the Colina agents and staff members who willing gave their time and money to make this possible; Admiral agents also contributed to the effort,” said McCartney.

“Colina team members are equally as committed to the community as is the Company and that makes us proud,” said Maxine Seymour, Director, Corporate Communications. “We encourage continued involvement with credible charitable organizations that positively touch the lives of citizens and residents across our Commonwealth, particularly during this Yuletide season.”
