Nassau, The Bahamas, October 1, 2022 – Employees of Colina Insurance Limited (Colina) enthusiastically volunteered to distribute water and ensure participants remain hydrated along the route of the 9th annual “Paint Da Streets Pink” Fun, Run, Walk event.

Presented by Rotaract Club of Southeast Nassau Centennial (RSENC), the breast cancer fundraising initiative was held today beginning at Arawak Cay and in memory of Elizabeth Telusma-Armbrister.

The yearly initiative drew scores of participants who had fun running and walking all the way to Goodman’s Bay Beach in support of the fight against breast cancer.

“Our employees believe it is their social responsibility to give their time to benefit others; they readily volunteered for this important cause which demonstrates their alignment with our company’s values,” said Maxine V. Seymour, Director of Corporate Communications, Colina.

“It is our duty to join our community in the fight against breast cancer and similar causes and to work toward a healthier Bahamas,” said Seymour.

The Company is a platinum sponsor of the event. Part proceeds benefit the Sister Sister Breast Cancer Support Group.
